Class Booking & Membership Policy
Members may book classes up to 14 days in advance
Members may have a maximum of 10 active bookings at any one time.
6:00 am classes close for booking at 8:00 pm the evening before
All other classes close for booking 2 hours before the class starts
6:00 am classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the class starts to avoid a late cancellation.
All other classes must be cancelled at least 10 hours before the class starts to avoid a late cancellation.
Classes with no bookings by the booking cut-off may be cancelled
All no-shows and late cancellations are recorded.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a £5 charge and/or a temporary suspension of booking privileges.
Membership cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' notice before your next billing date. If less than 14 days' notice is given, the next membership payment will still be collected, and the membership will then end at the close of that paid billing period.
